Nova enjoys making people feel confident and beautiful from the inside out. She strives to create beauty and symmetry with her aesthetic eye. She is meticulously detail oriented when it comes to injecting clients and listens to each client about their needs, or concerns before developing a plan of care. She enjoys the connection she makes with each client and loves to listen, and also share her knowledge of aesthetics.

Nova received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Portland in 1998. Her experience in nursing includes a wide range of specialties: women’s health, community health, critical care, trauma, and teaching. Nova is an active member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses. She regularly attends continuing education meetings to keep up with the latest techniques in aesthetics. She has made Maui her home for the past 14 years and enjoys time on the water, dancing, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband and three children.

Ever since one of her clients bestowed this nickname on her, she has embraced her role of bringing sunshine, warmth, and a breath of fresh air into every interaction with her clients. Leslie believes that connecting with her clients plays a key role in building trust and confidence to achieve mutually desired results. She has a sharp eye for facial nuance, a keen understanding of anatomy, and a desire for artful aesthetics… all while building relationships along the way. Leslie Millen received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998 from the University of Kentucky. She has worked continuously for the last 25 years and has a wide range of experience in critical care, home health and private duty nursing, case management, clinical quality, and lifestyle medicine.
